• For simpler designs or non-customized pieces, dispatch may happen sooner, typically within 3–5 working days.
• Dispatch timelines may vary based on design complexity, fabric availability, and production requirements.

Delivery Timelines

• Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on the courier partner and the destination.
• Once dispatched, orders are delivered as per the courier’s standard transit time. Tracking details will be shared where applicable.

Delays

While we make every effort to ship orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, quality checks, or unforeseen logistics issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Cancellations & Refunds

As all our outfits are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations or refunds for delays in dispatch.
