Once your order is confirmed, your outfit is specially created just for you.

We kindly request customers to review size, length, and customization details carefully before placing an order.

As each garment is custom-made, we do not accept cancellations or returns once the production process has begun.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges & Replacements

While we follow strict quality checks, we understand that rare issues may occur. We offer an exchange or replacement only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received has a manufacturing defect or damage
  • There is a size error from our end

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or replacement for the same product/design at the earliest.

Return Product

Important Notes

Exchanges are applicable only for verified issues and are limited to the same product/design โ€” they cannot be changed to a different style, color, or size. Requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
