Exchange Policy

At Threads of Joy, every piece is crafted on a made-to-order basis to avoid excess production and reduce fabric wastage. Your outfit is specially made for you once your order is confirmed. We encourage customers to review their size and length preferences carefully before placing an order.

Since each garment is custom-made, we do not accept cancellations or returns once the process has begun. Still, we do provide an exchange or replacement under the following circumstances: 

  • If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage
  • If there is a size error on our part

How to request an exchange:

  1. Reach out to us at contact@tojonline.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. The item must be returned in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  3. Exchanges are only possible for the same product/design.
  4. Your support helps us stay true to sustainable practices while ensuring you enjoy our quality craftsmanship.
