72-Hour Response Window

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We're committed to making it right.

Returns & Replacements Policy

We do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged or incorrect. While we take great care during quality checks, rare errors can occur — and we sincerely apologize if that happens.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please follow the steps below:

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at the earliest.

Important Notes

Requests raised after 72 hours of delivery will not be eligible, as the package would have been out of our control for an extended period

Replacements are initiated only after examining the reported issue

Products once approved for replacement cannot be exchanged for a different design or size

Non-Returnable Cases

As all our outfits are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Size or fit issues

Color preferences or minor variations

Change of mind after delivery

Delays in dispatch or delivery

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in rare cases where a replacement of the same product is not possible. Any such refund will be initiated after verification and approval by our team.
